By using DiamondsBots or adding it to your server, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By adding the bot or using the dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

DiamondsBots is a multi-purpose Discord bot (moderation, security, engagement and tools) managed from a web dashboard. We develop the service continuously and may add or change features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the bot within Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law. Using it for abuse, harassment or any unlawful activity is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend the service for any server that misuses it.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a Premium subscription paid via a secure payment gateway. Subscriptions renew and can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability; maintenance or outages may occur. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary downtime.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the bot.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
